Our Mission:  Our mission is to glorify God by fulfilling the Great Commission through dynamic teaching, creative worship, deep community, effective evangelism, and joyful service.

Our Vision:  The vision of DCC is to form a cohesive caring community of people who are equipped and empowered to use their spiritual gifts for ministry within the church and who are committed to faithfully share the gospel in the Sequim community and beyond through holistic outreach.

Our Core Values:

1. We value full devotion to Jesus Christ as head of the church and to God the Father to whom all glory and honor is due.
2. We value love as the motivation for everything we do and say.
3. We value dependent faith that waits for the power and leading of the Holy Spirit through personal and corporate prayer.
4. We value submission to the authority of the Word of God. 
5. We value obedience to Jesus Christ’s Great Commission through true discipleship that builds a lifestyle consistent with the biblical Christ.  In this way the gospel is preached; the lost are found. 
6. We value presenting the gospel in culturally appropriate ways while remaining doctrinally pure.
7. We value Spirit-led strategies in which acts of compassion and proclamation go hand in hand.
